Обеспечение приоритетного права и доступа КМНС к природным ресурсам для создания и развития ТТП

Рассматривается приоритетное обеспечение КМНС природными ресурсами для организации и развития ТТП в Камчатском крае. В условиях отвода земель для масштабной экономической деятельности резидентов ТОР и СПВ, создания системы ООПТ, выделения дальневосточных гектаров, СОТов, и даже особого статуса КО, отодвинут приоритет прав КМНС на ресурсный потенциал, в том числе на резерв земель для ТТП. Предложены меры устойчивого развития с созданием ТТП в Камчатском крае.

RESOURCES FOR THE CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TPP
(in the context of large-scale economic activity of the Kamchatka TOP)
The paper considers the priority provision of natural resources to the KMNS for the organization and development of the TPP in the Kamchatka Territory. In the context of the allocation of land for large-scale economic activity of residents of the TOP and SPV, the creation of a system of protected areas, the allocation of Far Eastern hectares, honeycombs, and even the special status of KO, the priority of the rights of the
KMNS to the Sustainable development measures have been proposed since the creation of the TPP in the Kamchatka Territory.
