Камчатский рубеж в преддверии угрозы: укрепление обороны полуострова в 1936–1941 гг.

В докладе освещаются характеристики раннего этапа оборонного строительства на Камчатке для подготовки к отражению японской агрессии накануне Великой Отечественной войны в 1936–1941 гг. Раскрывается содержание плановых и авершённых заданий штаба Тихоокеанского флота СССР по возведению объектов оборонной инфраструктуры в рамках образования
Камчатского укреплённого района. В работе используются новые сведения из архивных источников Российского государственного архива Военно-морского флота.

The Kamc hatka Frontie r on the Threshold of Threat:
Strengt hening the Peninsul a's Defence 1936–1941
The report covers the characteristics of the early stage of defence construction in Kamchatka to prepare for repulsion of Japanese aggression on the eve of the Great Patriotic War in 1936–1941. The content of planned and completed tasks of the Headquarters of the Pacific Fleet of the USSR for the construction of defence infrastructure facilities within the formation of the Kamchatka fortified area is revealed. The work uses new information from archival sources of the Russian State Archive of the Navy.
